The brother and sister team of Hanna Sehn and Norbert Steiner are the third generation of their family to run the Looshaus.

Chef Hanna Sehn chiefly uses fresh local produce. The range of dishes available at the Looshaus today is the result of her great creativity in the kitchen. Her husband Adolf Sehn, a huntsman and butcher, supplies the game.

Your host Norbert Steiner is responsible for the relaxed professionalism of the service and is also master of the wine cellar. Before returning home to take over the Looshaus, he worked virtually all over the world and on nearly every sea. The broad outlook he acquired is reflected in his culinary vision.

The team is completed by long-serving colleagues.
