Our region as a delicatessen shop: Whether it’s original Kreuzberg trout, Althammerhof’s lamb meat and sheep cheese, Alpenlachs salmon or Adi Sehn’s venison and game – we primarily use fresh, local produce.
The wine cellar is Norbert Steiner’s métier; in addition to well-known Austrian and international wines he often serves newly discovered gems – and last but not least, his very own Looshaus wine, produced jointly with expert winemaker Robert Payr!
Our regular culinary-themed nights are usually dedicated to one of these specialities!
