Looshaus has been family run for five decades: Head chef Hanna Sehn primarily uses fresh, regionally sourced produce; the menu showcases refined Austrian dishes and seasonal treats. Hanna’s husband Adolf Sehn, a hunter and butcher by profession, brings home venison and other game, while her brother Norbert Steiner is in charge of serving the guests and stocking the wine cellar. The siblings’ parents and experienced staff members complement the successful team.
